Before kids, I definitely took my fitness routine for granted. As a single teacher, I would wake up at 5 AM, ride my exercise bike for an hour before showering and getting ready for school. I even had a gym membership, so I’d go to the gym occasionally after school and on the weekends. As a bride-to-be, I was at Pure Barre at least 5x a week, and would add in a hot yoga class a couple times a week too. These days, I’m lucky if I can get in a walk to the park pushing the double stroller, hoping I burn a few extra calories. Or that hour walk around Target was sort of a workout, right? Anyone else?!?
So here are some of the things I had to prioritize to make my fitness routine work for me and busy mom life.
What do you busy moms do to stay fit? Let me know your ideas in the comments! I’m always looking to change things up because variety in workouts is so important so I never plateau or get bored.

Thanks for the fitness routines, I loved to always work out and since baby 2 years ago I haven’t been able to fit it in. I’m trying and learning, I think it’s because after 40 years of being single and and kid free I was always a git up and go girl. So thanks for the motivation and Yup I think I’m going to have to be that planner type of girl lol Love ya
