GIFT IDEAS FOR KIDS

Hey Loves!

So excited to share 2020 gift guide for kids with you! For the littles on your Christmas shopping list, I created a gift guide for kids based on the toys my kids play with the most, so you know all these gift for kids are a good investment. My son Landon is 5 and my daughter Presley is 3, so these are great gifts they have loved from age 2 and up! Hope it helps you come up with ideas for your kiddos.

  1. Toy Stroller- My little girl Presley absolutely loves this toy stroller for her dolls. It’s really great quality, and she pushes it around the neighborhood when we go for walks all the time!
  2. Sherpa Chair- I got these personalized chairs from Pottery Barn Kids and our kids sit in these every single day, whether they’re watching a show or using them to play floor is lava. They are so soft too! We absolutely love them!
  3. Wooden Train Track- Landon and Presley will set up this track at least once a week in a different design. It’s amazing for teaching creativity, and keeps them occupied for houses between building it and then playing with the different cars and trains on the track.
  4. Art Easel- Both of our kids love using this easel, whether it’s drawing with chalk on one side, using the white board and magnets on the other, or using paper for crayons, markers, and paint. Such a a great way to encourage creativity!
  5. Interactive Floor Map- My son Landon is obsessed with this map! They can learn continents, countries, capitals, flags, and other geography facts. He plays with this almost every day!
  6. Lincoln Logs- Our kids love playing with Lincoln Logs, and I remember these were one of my favorite things to play with as a child too! It keeps them occupied for hours!
  7. Shopping Cart- We have this metal shopping cart, and our kids and every kid that comes to play ends up pushing this cart around! Highly recommend!
  8. Games- Hungry Hungry Hippos + Candy Land are my kids two favorite games. We like having family game nights too!
  9. Trampoline- If you have very energetic toddlers, this is a great gift idea! Especially if weather doesn’t always allow you to get outside and play, this is a great toy for kids to get on and get a bunch of their energy out!
  10. Push Mower- both of my kids loved pushing this mower from toddler hood, until even now. Presley will still take this out when we’re outside and push it around, pretending to cut the grass.
  11. Amazon Fire Tablet- these are an absolutely must-have for our kids (and our sanity). On long plane rides and car rides- these have been a lifesaver. We also use them as a treat at home so that Adam and I can get some work done during this quarantine. There are tons of educational games and apps, and you can download movies to them too!
  12. Personalized Backpack- We love these PBK backpacks for anytime we go on trips. They look small, but they can hold a ton of snacks, change of clothes, small toys, and their tablets and headphones! And the kids love to wear them so it’s less for you to have to tote around!
  13. Toy Dyson Vacuum- my little girl Presley loves taking out her vacuum to help me whenever I’m cleaning. We love this one!
  14. Toy House- Our kids have this outside, and it’s so fun to see them play different imaginary things- whether it’s house, or restaurant, or some other business. And it’s held up so well outdoors!

If you’re looking for ideas for babies, I also did a gift guide for baby too. These are great gifts for newborns to one year olds- all tested and loved by my kiddos that we will be gifting to little babe.
