Here’s a new stay home day in the life of a pregnant mom of two and our daily schedule! While we are in quarantine I feel like I haven’t quite figured out the best routine. My focus is how to have the most productive day from start to finish. From the kids, cleaning, my business, everything! I wanted to make this day in the life in case you’re feeling the same way and maybe feeling a little unmotivated like I have been! With another full month of this I wanted to get this routine down!
7:30 – Breakfast – the kids have been wanting pancakes for literally every meal! While the kiddos are eating I make myself some coffee.
8:00 – Get the kids ready – After breakfast the kids will brush their teeth and we start to tidy up their rooms as they get dressed.
9:00 – I get ready as much as I can to feel put together
9:45 – Tidy up kitchen and prep for call
11:00 – Daily walk outside
12:00 – Lunch time
12:30 – Kids do Cosmic Kids Yoga before naps – check it out on YouTube
1:00 – Clean up power hour
2:45 – Cooking my dinner (yes dinner before 3:00!! #pregnantlife)
4:00 – Movie time for the kids + finish up laundry
5:00 – Dinner with the kids
7:00 – Kids in bed + I make a cup of pregnancy tea
Having a pandemic pregnancy is full of anxiety, and I’m unsure if I should go to my first doctor’s appointment and ultrasound. My OB is not a freestanding OB office, its in the hospital where people might be sick. To me there are so many risks, but I want to get checked and hear the heartbeat for reassurance! Right now I’m leaning towards not going, but I would love to hear from you!
