I’m so excited to share -WE’RE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD! We honeymooned there, and have gone back once a year since Landon was born. My favorite part of this family tradition is planning out our outfits or doing themed clothing for each theme park. So I wanted to share what we’re wearing to Disney! Below you can find all of our outfits that I’m packing for our Walt Disney World trip for February 2019.
February at Disney World seems like pretty ideal temperatures. The weather is usually in the low 70s during the afternoon, but can be cooler in the mornings and the evenings, generally in the 50s and 60s, so I’m planning on dressing in layers, and always bringing either a jean jacket, hoodie, or zip up for myself and the kids to wear in the morning or evening.
We’re going to be at the parks for Valentine’s Day, so I had to do a Mickey and Minnie Valentine’s themed family outfit. I’m going to be wearing a white sweater with red hearts with a Minnie Mouse baseball cap from Main Street Couture (Mackie and Nattie on Etsy). Adam will be wearing a red tee shirt that says “My Favorite Princess is my Wife.” Landon will be wearing a red Mickey tee that says “Lil’ Heartbreaker.” And Presley will be wearing a gray Mickey and Minnie Love tee shirt with blue jeans that have white hearts and Mickey and Minnie knee patches. Both kids also have Mickey and Minnie baseball hats too.

When we go to Hollywood Studios, we’re so excited to visit the new Toy Story Land. I saw these pink and blue “Squad Goals” Toy Story baseball tees on Etsy, and I thought they were the perfect set for a brother and sister, and I had to get them for Landon and Presley.

For me and Adam, we decided to pay homage to my favorite Disney movie, Aladdin. I found this tee shirt for him at Target, and there was a super soft Jasmine tee shirt from Kohl’s.

For our day at Animal Kingdom, we decided to go wild with our outfits. I’m going to be wearing a baseball tee with a pink leopard Mickey. Landon has a shirt from Kohl’s that says “Future King” and some really cool safari print pants from Target. Presley has a Lion King onesie I found on Etsy that says “Hakuna Matata.” And I found a Lion King sweatshirt at Target to wear over my shirt if it’s cool in the mornings.

For Epcot, we’re going to be eating at the Mexican Pavillon, at the San Angel Inn inside of the Mexican pyramid, which is one of my favorite restaurants at Disney. It’s so cool- it feels like you’re eating outside at night under the stars in Mexico! But since we’re huge fans of the movie Coco (that was our Halloween costume this year too), I had to do a Coco themed outfit day. The kids are just wearing electric pink tee shirts I found on Etsy with a Mickey print and a Minnie “Best Day Ever” logo for Presley. But I could not pass up this glitter “Don’t you forget about me” Coco design tee shirt on Etsy. And it was easy to get Adam to agree to wear the “This vacation made me un poco broke-o” shirt too. Hilarious.

Once I found the funny Coco shirt on Etsy, I went down a rabbit hole and found some other fun and sassy tees for our second day at Magic Kingdom. I love the Ariana Grande song “Thank U, Next” so when I saw this Snow White tee, I had to get it! For Presley, I loved this rose gold “I’m a mouse, duh” tee, and for Landon, this “Beast Mode” shirt was so funny! Adam wore this Peter Pan “I’m so fly” tee on our last Disneyland trip, and it fit right in with the theme!

One night at Disney we’re going to be going to the Polynesian Resort for dinner at Ohana’s. We ate here last time and the food was amazing. However, we remembered thinking it was pretty cool inside the air conditioning, so I wanted to pack sweaters for myself and the kids. I found this rainbow sweater that just made me think of Hawaii that I’m pairing with white Spanx leggings. Target had a really cute tropical style dress with Minnie Mouse on it, and they just put out some really light pastel spring clothes for boys at Target, so I got this Cat and Jack button up and pale blue trousers for Landon, with a pair of brown sandals.

For the airplane ride to Walt Disney World, I got the kids matching Adidas track suits with super soft fur jackets. Airplanes and the Disney Magical Express bus we take to get to our hotel are often air conditioned and pretty cold, and these are so cozy and comfy! And I cannot get over this personalized bow sent to us by Unique Boutique on Facebook. They’re each going to have a Disney graphic tee to wear with their Adidas sneakers. I decided to join in the Adidas party and got a new pair of Adidas track pants to wear with my “I live in Fantasyland” rose gold and black tee I found on Etsy, paired with my rose gold ears and these rose gold earrings I got as a Christmas gift. My luggage set is rose gold, so I figured I can coordinate, haha.

For Christmas this year, Landon and Presley got these adorable Pottery Barn Kids pajamas with their names embroidered on them, and they are perfect for this trip. Presley’s have all the Disney Princesses, and Landon’s are Cars pajamas. I happened to find this really sweet red rose Princess pajama set at Gap Kids, so I had to snag them for Presley too!

These final pieces are what I would consider to be Disney outfit staples- the pieces that you can reuse every trip when you go back! These red and black sequined ears are from the Disney Parks, but I’ve got to say, if you plan ahead, there are so many adorable options on Etsy that cost way less and support a small business. This “Adult-ish” sweatshirt was also purchased on Etsy, and I love it. I will be wearing it every Disney trip! I feel like another Disney outfit staple is a “Best Day Ever” tee. This one is from Main Street Couture, but every day at Disney truly is magical. And you can’t go wrong with Mickey and Minnie sweatshirts, hats, and tees. When it comes to accessories, I found this really cute faux leather Minnie ears backpack on Amazon, and a Mickey Mouse ear stroller bag hook on Amazon too. Since it all started with a mouse, you can never go wrong incorporating mouse ears into any piece of your outfit or accessories.

Hope you enjoyed getting a sneak peek at our outfits before our trip. Landon and Presley are so excited! I think Adam and I are even more excited though because we’re going with our best friends, who are the reason why we even met. So I know it will be a very special trip.
And for all of you who have sent me messages asking about my Dad, he is hanging in there and is such a fighter. Disney is his favorite place on earth, and he tells me every time I visit how he wants me to take the kids there as much as possible because the best memories of his life were at Disney. So we can’t wait to vlog and take pictures and share them all with him when we get home.
And we hope you can follow along on our Disney trip too! You can come along with us on my instagram (@bitsofbri) and catch the vlogs on our YouTube channels (Brianna K and our family vlog channel, K Family).
